- Aroma and taste of the wine: Full of bright red berry fruit with notes of mulberry, white pepper, star anise and mint. A bit of chocolate and spiced oak give this young and energetic Shiraz a more mature flavor.
- Interesting fact: The grapes are grown on vines that are 15-20 years old, planted in calcareous soil. They are harvested in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, where they undergo fermentation. No animal-based fining agents have been added, making the wines suitable for vegans.

A wine with a typical Malbec aroma, reminiscent of notes of ripe fruit such as figs, plums and blackberries, complemented by undertones of vanilla and tobacco. The taste is complex, intense, the fruity notes are complemented by the subtle flavor of chocolate and mocha coffee. The long-lasting aftertaste consists of soft tannins and pleasant acidity.

An ideal wine for steaks, hamburgers, hard cheeses and pasta with red sauces.
INTERESTING
It is 100% Malbec from the Mendoza region, which is typical for growing this particular variety. The grapes are carefully selected exclusively by hand picking. Our wine received 91 points in the international wine competition James Suckling and 90 points in the international wine competition International Wine Challenge 2023.

Primitivo Appassimento, Preciso
The variety is called Primitivo because it is ahead in all respects, it flowers, colors the grapes and ripens very early. The name of the variety is derived from the Latin "primativus" or the Italian "primaticcio", in both cases meaning "early ripening".
The grapes are grown in vineyards in the Apulia region of Italy and are harvested entirely by hand at the end of August. The grapes are then carefully sorted and only the best quality ones are further processed.

Primitivo Appassimento has an intense ruby color.
AROMA AND TASTE OF WINE
The aroma combines delicate notes of ripening cherries, raspberries and currants. Aging in oak barrels adds a pleasant spicy character. The taste is full, smooth and long-lasting.
INTERESTING
The term Appassimento expresses a special drying method that takes place directly on the vine plant. As soon as the grapes reach the ideal ripeness (mid-August) the stem is twisted so that no further nutrition reaches the grapes. Thanks to this, 25-30% of the juice in the grapes is lost in a period of about 12 days. This is how sugar, tannins and other aromatic substances are concentrated in the grapes, which subsequently give rise to a perfect concentrated aroma.

It goes well with grilled meat and hard cheeses.
