Clean and intense aroma with notes of citrus and grapefruit. It is very fresh on the palate and fuller on the palate thanks to its very tangy fruitiness and juicy acidity, which creates a rich and long-lasting aftertaste.

WINE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR DISHES
This sauvignon is best enjoyed with seafood or grilled freshwater fish. You could try salmon with a light white herb sauce.

AROMA AND TASTE OF THE WINE
Intense notes of blackcurrant, blueberry and prune on the nose. The palate is rich and well-structured, with fruity notes complemented by subtle spiciness and fresh acidity. The long aftertaste is supported by smooth tannins.

WINE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FOOD
The wine is an excellent match for grilled red meats, but will also taste good with freshly smoked meats. Recommended recipe: lamb with spinach leaves.
