Gas grill Professional Core B3

The Professional Core B3 gas grill from the American brand Char-Broil is equipped with the unique TRU-Infrared system, which uses infrared radiation to cook delicious, juicy meat with a crispy crust on the surface.

The grill features 3 stainless steel burners, each with its own independent heat control. The convenient Piezo electronic ignition ensures they light instantly with the push of a single button. With the built-in thermometer on the lid, you’ll always have the internal temperature under control. You’ll also appreciate the additional side burner for warming sauces, soups, or side dishes. The rear grate above the main grilling surface is perfect for grilling at lower temperatures or for toasting bread. Thanks to the casters, you can easily and safely move the grill whenever needed, and you’ll certainly appreciate the practical, enlarged storage compartment inside the grill body, where you can easily store a gas cylinder (up to 11 kg). Grilling is made more enjoyable by a number of handy features, such as an integrated bottle opener and LED backlighting for the chrome burner controls.

A gas regulator and ignition battery (1xAA) are required to operate the grill; these are not included in the package.

A specially shaped grid beneath the grate significantly slows the flow of hot air from the burners. Infrared heat then spreads evenly across the underside of the grate and slowly radiates into the food above it, so it doesn’t dry it out. Additionally, small holes prevent flames from penetrating, so the meat doesn’t burn. The grid even catches dripping fat. This fat doesn’t reach the flames but evaporates as smoke, adding an even more intense flavor and aroma to the meat.
The grill’s precision-crafted burners are made of stainless steel. The cast-iron grill grates are highly resistant to high temperatures, and food doesn’t stick to them. The lid is made of double-layered cold-rolled steel.

Thanks to the 60.3 x 44.5 cm cooking surface and the rear grill grate, you can put on a colorful show of flavors and aromas for your guests.
Electronic ignition ensures the burners light instantly with the push of a single button. Each burner has separate power controls, allowing you to easily adjust the cooking area both spatially and in terms of temperature as needed. The chrome-plated control knobs also feature elegant LED backlighting.
Thanks to the thermometer on the lid, you’ll always have the internal temperature under control—literally right before your eyes.

While miracles are happening with the meat on the main grilling surface, you can use the practical side burner to heat sauces, soups, or side dishes. That way, everything will be ready at the same time!
