Poultry meat has a higher content of valuable easily digestible proteins and low fat, so it has low energy value. Naturally, it contains vitamin B3, which is involved in controlling blood sugar and, together with vitamin B6, it affects metabolism. It is a source of selenium that protects the body from stress and promotes immunity, phosphorus, which keeps healthy teeth and bones and other minerals: iron, phosphorus, zinc, sodium and potassium.
Beef is rich in protein and unsaturated fatty acids. Naturally, it also contains iron, which is not essential for the transfer of oxygen in red blood cells and muscles, zinc, which helps wound healing and boosts immunity, and vitamin B12, which has a beneficial effect on the nervous system.
