Technicoll 8002 is specially formulated for bonding soft PVC films, vinyl, and rigid PVC to each other and to textiles, wood, paper, and cardboard. Repairs to PVC swimming pool and pond liners can even be carried out underwater. The adhesive has good vinyl and PVC dissolving properties and contains solvents. Instructions for use: The surfaces to be bonded must be clean and free of grease. Cut a piece of the enclosed film to fit the repair area.
