Chardonnay of bright yellow-gold colour with very good viscosity.
AROMA AND TASTE OF THE WINE
The aroma is dominated by fruity notes of apricot and ripe pineapple. The taste of this wine is very rich in fruit notes, which are already evident in the aroma, and is complemented by a subtle minerality with fresh acidity. All this contributes to a very intense and long-lasting aftertaste.
WINE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FOOD
This intense Chardonnay is an ideal wine for Asian cuisine. You can try it with sushi, whether maki or nigiri, or with the classic Thai speciality of pad thai fried rice noodles.

INTERESTING
Harvesting is done by hand slightly ahead of time to maintain the right freshness. The grapes then undergo a short cold maceration at a temperature of 8-10 °C and after soft pressing, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine then matures for 4 months in steel containers and finishes its aging after a few months in the bottle.
The wine also recently participated in the event: I Migliori Vini Italiani, where it received an excellent 95 points at the wine exhibition.
